Remote Desktop Support

I saw a remote desktop icon in my plesk control panel today, hadn’t notice before. I tried to RD to my domain and sure enough a login appeared. Do you support this? If that’s excellent.

That option is available by default in plesk control panel of all customers, but you cannot connect to RDP from it. We don’t allow RDP access on shared servers. It would need to be a dedicated server to allow people to log in via remote desktop.Or VPS Hosting. Or an SD Semi Dedicated Plan.

What is means by reseller hosting?

Reseller hosting is a form of web hosting where in the account owner has the ability to use his or her allotted hard drivespace and bandwidth to host websites on behalf of third parties. The reseller purchases the host’s services wholesale and then sells them to customers, possibly for a profit. A certain portion of hard drive space and bandwidth is allocated to the reseller account. The reseller may rent a dedicated server from a hosting company, or resell shared hosting services. In the latter case, the reseller is simply given the permission to sell a certain amount of disk space and bandwidth to their own customers without renting a server from a web hosting company they signed for a reseller account with.
